Terms and Conditions

1. General Overview

Welcome to the AWS Student Builder Group - DYPSN Project Expo 2026. By registering for this event, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure fair play, innovation, and a collaborative environment for all participants.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• Participation is open to all enrolled college students.
• Teams must consist of 1 to 4 members.
• Cross-college and cross-branch teams are allowed unless specified otherwise.
• All team members must provide valid college ID proofs upon request.

3. Project Originality & Plagiarism

All submitted projects must be the original work of the registered team. Plagiarism of any form, including copying existing repositories without significant modification or claiming someone else's work as your own, will result in immediate disqualification.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior towards other teams, mentors, or judges will not be tolerated and will lead to expulsion from the event.

5. Evaluation & Judging

Projects will be evaluated based on the predefined criteria. The decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding. No appeals or disputes regarding the scores will be entertained.
